One way to be sure to look open and inviting is through your exterior. Here are a few tips to draw people in.

• Put some product outside for a sidewalk sale. Price to sell.
• Create motion! Festive flags or yard ornaments with motion work well to attract attention.
• Bring staff or vendor reps outside to offer complimentary lemonade. You could even play some music.
